When I listen to it now, I skip majority of it. I still really like Chareg it up, but its feeling like DTOM. I only really dig It's getting ok now off that album... Anyone else feel this way?

It's missing something...but I still enjoy it quite well. I think it's very similar to Mosaic in terms of quality. But the quantity isn't there, which is why it's not getting as many plays from me lately.

No. But that's totally ok as music is subjective.

I've found I hate the Feldy stuff on Voyager a shit ton less than Mosaic, even GF is palatable if the kids are with me (admittedly they now like it). Said it before will say it again, I think Voyager is better than Mosaic.

There’s just something lethargic about the album. It’s hard to describe. I still enjoy picking out certain songs occasionally but it is never a go-to album for me.

Like, as cool/good as Charge It Up is, it definitely feels like a late-album track and I have to be in a particular mood for it.

It's still as strong as ever for me when I listen to it. I listened to it on Friday after work and it still hit me hard. The thing is that I dont find myself wanting to listen to it the way I did SL or Mosaic. Those 2 albums stayed in rotation for a long time.

Idk what it is. Maybe cuz TOOL came out which I was way more hyped for and I'm so happy with it. Also found myself listening to Make Yourself a lot in anticipation for the album show, listened to Chevelle discography, listened to Pink Floyd for a bit. Not really listening to any 311 at all lately

It’s a double EP with almost an equal helping of real 311 songs and real garbage. <weird_analogy>Listening to it as-is is akin to sifting through the trash for the half-dozen tasty fresh doughnuts you know are in there somewhere. The bottom line is that the doughnuts would be better if they weren’t adjacent to refuse.</weird_analogy>

I have my Voyager playlist. It's short, but it's fine. I agree that Stereolithic and Mosaic had more staying power.

I drove every previous 311 album into the ground for a solid 12-18 months after release. Voyager fell out of rotation for me within 2-3 months. I still enjoy it for the most part, but the flow with the Feldmann tracks is just all wrong, and with the Feldmann tracks removed it becomes a bit monotonous to the point that I can't listen to it repeatedly.

I definitely jammed Stereo and Mosaic for a lot longer than Voyager. If I didnt know about Crossfire, Stainless, and all the Feldmann songs maybe it'd have a longer shelf life, being so involved in the details of the album consciously and unconsciously turned me off of it, even though I dont hate most of the music while I'm listening to it.

It's not aging that well for me either. I don't like I've listened to anything off of it for maybe a month or so which is definitely not normal when it comes to me and new 311.

I agree that, to me, it's the modern era version of DTOM. There are some pretty good songs on both albums but instead of a bunch of half baked ideas/performances like we got on DTOM there are stolen songs, other artists playing main instruments and Feldy on Voyager.

I'm thinking that Voyager will fade into obscurity like DTOM as far as setlists go after another year or so (assuming they go back to playing normal setlists in the first place).

It's aging like fine wine for me, other than Crossderper and the Feldy tracks minus Born to Live.

Dream State has been stuck in my head everyday for weeks.

I still love it and still place it 5th in my album rankings. Comparing it to DTOM seems a little absurd to me. To each their own though.

I'm pretty much the same way. A a couple songs here and there but as was stated, it hasn't aged well for me either.

I still quite enjoy Voyager. I think it’s better than Mosaic the more and more I listen to it. I at first thought cause it was still the “honey moon” phase, but nope, still good. Have it ranked at 6 with albums. “Space and Time” and “What the?!” are such jams, all the Chad songs are as good as they’ve ever been, and half the Feldy songs I like.

I think part of it is that half the album hasn't been played live yet. I think that will change some perceptions. But What The?, Better Space, and DYW were really really good live. Which makes it more enjoyable to listen to in the car. Still enjoy and STILL put it behind Mosaic.

Voyager is weird... weird release, weird songs (outside writers), weird tour, drama......

Now that it’s been mentioned.. the album is sort of DTOM-like...

Let me put it this way.

I’ve written a review for every 311 album that spans pages detailing the minutia of every song.

I can’t bring myself to do it for Voyager. It’s an apathetic album born of a rift in the band. Some of the individual tracks are fantastic. But the album as a whole is absolutely disappointing, and I honestly haven’t listened to a full album play since sometime in early August.
