Saw Godzilla Kind of the Monsters(hey it was a Marvel comic in the 70s). It was good when the monsters were onscreen. Unfortunately there was too much screen time for Kyle Chandler, mille bobbie brown and the rest of the humans. I was hoping the kaiju's would team up and eat those fucks but alas they had too much plot armor. At one point there is Godzilla and Gidorah battling, do we get to see that, NO, lets zoom in on Kyle Chandler and see what's happening to him, yeah that's the more interesting part of the shot.

My gripes verbatim!!! Way too much human elements and not even that interesting. I literally yelled out loud when one shot of the monsters was ruined by the giant plane taking up the whole shot

At one point during the big battle everything but Kyle/MilleBobbieMNIightShyamalanBrown were getting totally obliterated, they may as well superimposed the words Plot Armor in place of the characters, I blurted 'COMEON! How are they not dead, UGH!!!"

    Just saw Dark Phoenix

I liked it. Does not deserve the terrible reviews/box office its getting. Middle tier Xmen. Not nearly as bad as Apocalypse, X3, Origins etc. Story/dialogue couldve been better

That said, it's the most Xmen super powers of them all. Every character showed off their abilities to their fullest extent. Really enjoyed the NYC and train fights

To be fair though, you think Rogue One is the best Star Wars movie lol.

No no no. It's my favorite. Not the best. Theres a difference.

    Empire is obvs the best

Plus I'm not alone. A lot of people are saying the same on my FB post. It's not great, but not as terrible as it's being made out to be
