The Punisher was fantastic. It wasn't as brutal as some fans wanted, and it wasn't enough - I don't know - white-glove-wearing as some fans wanted? I've been a Punisher fan since I was like 8. I grew up on the white gloves and boots, but I'm an Ennis man when it comes to Frank. The Marvel Knights line was good stuff, but I consider the MAX line to be definitive Punisher. The Netflix show wasn't perfect, no matter what era Punisher you consider the best. But it was well-balanced, and a lot of fun. When Prince Caspian was first called "Billy Russo" I let out an obnoxious "ohhhhh!". To which my wife asked what was so exciting. To which I replied with a MUCH more obnoxious, "... you'll see!" Side note : Bernthal's little tic of adding "yeah" to the end of sentences is a great character build, and also infectious. I found myself subconsciously wanting to add it, but avoiding doing so at the last minute. That must mean I'm maturing as a person.
Just started The Crown. On episode 3 so far and it’s really good. Love seeing the locations I was able to see.
Loved this series. It doesn’t really pick up, but it builds and leaves you wanting more. I also loved how they wove in the parallel story of the BTK Killer.
